Bastion is a chef incubator residency for the empowered culinarians. Unlike most restaurant operations, incubators are often customer-facing, allowing the kitchen crew instant feedback and authentic guest response. The incubator provides the physical space, along with other supports, to cultivate the growth of a spirited chef as they open their own place.

To complement the concept I focused on the eccentric placement of shapes and a typographic combination of serifs and sans-serifs to represent personalities.
